Business Policies
- Business Hours(For contact via phone): 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Work Hours: (24 hrs a day | 7 days a week)
- ALL correspondence concerning design criteria should be made via email: info@dhdesignhouston.com
- Payment is accepted via:
- Debit or Credit card / Paypal •• Cash •• Direct Bank Deposit
- Each design includes: Design + (2) Designer induced changes
- **Designer Induced changes will be made AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.**
- ALL other changes are subject to a 6 to 12 hour waiting period after confirmation of payment. Changes: $25 to $50 Depending on changes necessary
- Clients are to deliver vital design info before order is made and design begins
- Such as Desired color scheme, Desired image(s), size of prints being ordered
- Please be sure to send all info and criteria EXACTLY as you would like it to appear on your order (mis spellings are NOT designer induced mistakes)
Turn around time
- Weekly html Design turnaround is 6 to 24 hours
- All other layout Design turnaround is 24 to 36 hours after confirmation of payment
- Flash turnaround for small files is 24 to 36 hours after confirmation of payment
- Flash evite turnaround is 48 to 72 hours after confirmation of payment
